By interacting with Arvexawrks.guru, submitting a build request, or contracting our manufacturing services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. All manufacturing agreements are subject to a separate, physical contract governed by the laws of Finland.
Submitting a request does not constitute a binding agreement to manufacture a vessel. Arvexawrks reserves the right to decline any build request based on scheduling, engineering feasibility, or budgetary constraints.
All designs, schematics, and structural layouts created by Arvexawrks remain the intellectual property of Arvexawrks unless otherwise stated in a final manufacturing contract.
Arvexawrks is not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of information provided on this website. Final sea-worthiness and safety guarantees will be provided solely within the physical delivery contracts per Finnish maritime law.
